The Westmoor Club Foundation

A NEW CHAPTER IN OUR LEGACY OF GIVING

Since its founding, The Westmoor Club has proudly embraced a tradition of philanthropy on Nantucket, partnering with more than 50 local non-profits through event sponsorships, in-kind contributions, formal partnerships, and financial support. Recognizing the deep-rooted desire among our Co-Founders, Board of Governors, and Members to give back in a more structured and impactful way, the Club established The Westmoor Club Foundation as a separate, 501c3 entity, in July of 2025.

The Westmoor Club Foundation is dedicated to promoting the health and wellness of the Nantucket community. In keeping with our Club’s commitment to this extraordinary island, we aim to support qualified local non-profits whose work strengthens and sustains the people and place we all treasure.

To ensure excellence in our grantmaking, we are proud to partner with the Community Foundation for Nantucket (CFN). The experienced CFN team will administer the grant process, which is set to launch in August 2026.

Founder’s Circle

A special, commemorative giving opportunity in honor of the Foundation’s inaugural year, we invite Westmoor Members to consider joining our Founder’s Circle: a limited, one-time offering for Members who pledge a gift of $100,000 (with the option to pay over four years). These visionary philanthropists will help kickstart our Foundation’s giving and serve as ambassadors of The Westmoor Club Foundation’s philanthropic efforts.

Similar to our Club’s thirty-five Founding Members, those who join the Founder’s Circle will have their names featured on a special plaque in the Clubhouse in perpetuity.
